A beautifully renovated small boutique hotel. Fresh, light and bright with a luxury coastal vibe. Beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept so well! A spacious bathroom with a large rain shower, complete with lovely Saya toiletries. Oh… and a well stocked mini bar! A large ceiling fan and air con for extra comfort.
The hotel is on a busy road but the windows are double glazed and it’s very quiet at night. The pool was great and the outdoor lounge area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious cocktail from the cute on-site bar.
The manager is very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night.

The room was clean & tidy. I received excellent customer service from a polite & professional team member upon check-in. I had requested an early check-in so that we could go & spend time with family for Xmas Eve & they were very accommodating & allowed it. This made our visit extra nice as we didn't have to wait around for long. The room was great value for money. We plan to go back there in the future.

Bright bedside lights, not every place has them. Good for me because I like to read in bed.
Under cover parking in a safe place.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.

Cotton Tree is an excellent location for a short or long beach stay. No need to drive anywhere. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities in central street, which also has a Sunday market.
The apartment we booked for a family weekend away was not a true reflection of the apartment we received when we booked in. Living room and bathrooms were outdated. The two single beds were uncomfortable, with the master being reasonable for 2 nights and not longer. Great facilities and location, however, truly disappointed with the apartment we received compared to what we booked and shown as possible apartments we would receive.
Water views and short drive to shopping centres(Big Top and Sunshine Plaza) and Maroochydore town centre.
Quiet and peaceful street. Underground carparking was provided but there was parking right in front of the building, so we parked there. The kitchen was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper and olive oil in the pantry.
Excellent location, walking distance to patrolled beach and shops & restaurants. Quiet apartments, comfortable beds. Extra pillows in each room. Really well stocked, full sized kitchen. 2 bathrooms very welcome. Warm, lovely clean pool. Tennis and basketball court. Great sized apartment and big couch too!
Everything required for an apartment stay was available for your disposal. Netflix available. Close to beach and town. A bustop was out in front of the premises. Secure underground carpark for some apartments like ours. Didn't get to use the bbq or pool but we're clean. The pool is a decent
Perfect location. Corner apartment had great views of the East, North and West for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Pool area was lovely, so was the games room and playground for the family. In the heart of Cotton Tree dining, retail and fresh local produce.
brand new property, very clean and stylish with all the amenities. would definitely stay again and recommend to others. on site parking was full but there is a parking lot 2 minute walk away for very cheap so wasn’t an issue at all.
The location of the hotel was great, just a few mins away from the airport. Also, we were checking in late but we still got help during check in which was very nice. The room itself was clean and big.
Loved the location so close to cotton tree shops and the beach and bay right there, our view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bedroom had the biggest wardrobe I have seen in a apartment
